Book Now, Send Later for Shockcraft Service

Availability: Book Now

Normally you book your fork, shock or dropper post for a Shockcraft service and send it when you can.  We service parts in the order that they arrive.  In busy times this can mean up to a month with a bike in pieces and no riding.

With our new Book Now, Send Later option you can keep your place in the queue and we tell you when we need your fork, shock or dropper.  Use our Carrier Kereru (Pigeon) Pickup service and we'll organise courier collection.  This can bypass much of the downtime.

Terms & Conditions:
•   To take up this option you must select Book Now, Send Later when booking your service* and then purchase the Book Now, Send Later product.  We will email you when it is time to send us your parts.
•   Provided parts reach us within 7 days of the above email and the Book Now, Send Later has been purchased, they will enter the service queue as at the date of service booking, instead of the date of arrival.
•   If parts reach us more than 7 days after the above email or the Book Now, Send Later option has not been purchased then parts will enter the queue as at the date of arrival, instead of date of service booking.  At our discretion we may allow exceptions to this condition.
•  The fee for Book Now, Send Later is non-refundable.
•  Price is per group of service parts.  So if you're sending a shock & fork in together you only need to pay for the Book Now, Send Later option once (provided the parts arrive for service at the same time).

* The more information you give us when booking your service the quicker we can complete the service.  This lets us ensure we have the parts and supplies ready when your fork, shock or dropper arrive.  If you select "I have a fork/rear shock/dropper post - tell me what it needs" then we won't know what brand or model of suspension/post is coming.  This can mean delays in sourcing parts (if we don't have them in stock).
