Fox 5 wt PTFE oil is 17.2cSt @ 40°C
Motorex 2.5 wt fork oil is 15 cst @ 40°C
Shockcraft Hot Oil Pink is 13.5 cSt@ 40°C
Shockcraft Hot Oil Green is 19 cSt@ 40°C

Motorex 2.5 wt is more slippery and has higher heat capacity.  It can be used anywhere specifying Fox 5 wt oils and is especially good in GRIP dampers and GRIP damper side lower leg where 5 wt PTFE was originally used.
If you were using PTFE oil in rear shocks or fork cartridge dampers then please stop.
Motorex 2.5 wt has very low noise when used in rear shock and fork dampers.
Shockcraft Hot Oil Pink is our highest performance damper oil and least temperature sensitive.  But it amplifies shim noise.
Shockcraft Hot Oil Green is our second highest performing damper oil.  It is quieter than Hot Oil Pink but noisier than Motorex 2.5 wt.
Motorex 2.5 wt, Hot Oil Pink or Hot Oil Green can be used in damper applications in place of Fox 5 wt oils.
