1.     The period of demo will usually be for 1 week.  The due date for return of the demo parts will be advised prior to shipment to the customer.
2.     Freight to return the demo parts to Shockcraft is to be arranged and paid for by the customer.
3.     All demo parts are to be returned to Shockcraft in good condition (refer to clause 10 for definition of good condition).
4.     A demo deposit of $500 is payable for new Shockcraft customers.  This can be paid either by credit card or bank deposit.  At the discretion of Shockcraft, there may be no demo deposit collected for existing and trusted Shockcraft customers.
5.     All demo customers are to provide a copy of their New Zealand driver's license or other form of photo ID.
6.     All demo customers are to provide credit card details (we will call for these).  Prior to shipment of the demo parts to the customer $1 will be charged to the credit card.  This will be credited upon return of the demo parts in good condition.  This will not be necessary if the demo deposit is paid via credit card.  Other than this, the credit card will only be charged in case of damage or non-return of demo parts.
7.     Any demo deposit paid is refundable upon return of the demo parts in good condition or can be used towards purchase of a new Manitou Mezzer, Manitou Mara or Hayes Dominion brakes.
8.     Demo parts not returned in good condition will have the cost of repair or replacement charged to the customer's credit card (refer to Clause 11 below for detail).
9.     Demo parts not received by Shockcraft by the deadline will be charged to the customer's credit card at retail replacement price.

10.     Good Condition means:
- Clean of dirt and wrapped in packaging as received with all parts present and correctly fitted.
- No damage to fork stanchions or rear shock shaft, no tool marks on the crown or steerer tube.
- Fork steerer not cut below 200 mm as measured from the fork crown.
- No attempted service work to forks, rear shock or brakes.
- Normal wear and tear is acceptable. 

11.     Charge for damage/loss:
- Lost or not returned items will be charged at retail replacement price.
- Parts damaged beyond repair will be charged at retail replacement price.
- Damaged fork stanchions, rear shock shaft or cut steerer will be charged at $NZ500.
- Tool marks will be charged at $NZ100 per item.
