Service is Open

Suspension and dropper post service is continuing.  You can book your service and use our Kereru Carrier Pickup Service for contactless pickup of your service parts from your home or business.  For those local to Alexandra please call ahead if you are dropping off service parts and we can arrange a contactless dropoff.

What We Can Ship

We are able to ship all our products to customers outside Auckland, to businesses & home addresses.

For customers in Auckland we are able to ship bike products and components for repair and maintenance as these are essential to keep bikes running for transport and physical health & wellbeing.  Delivery is to home addresses only, using contactless courier delivery.

Click & Collect

This option is available during checkout.  If you are local and collecting your order please call ahead so we can have it out ready for you to collect contactlessly.  Orders must be placed and paid for prior to pickup.  If you are unsure of the items you need please call us.
