We Are Open - 1st September Update

Posted in News By Shockcraft & Biken  1 September 2021 10:11:25 am NZST

As of 1st September 2021 the area south of Auckland, New Zealand, has moved to Covid-19 Alert Level 3 (Update 7th Sept: Northland is also at Alert Level 3).  This means Shockcraft & Biken can continue to operate with sales and service on a contactless basis.  We are also able to ship essential items to Auckland.

Shockcraft Carrier Kereru (Pigeon) PickupService is Open

Suspension and dropper post service will continue.  You can book your service and use our Kereru Carrier Pickup Service for contactless pickup of your service parts from your home or business.  For those local to Alexandra please call ahead if you are dropping off service parts and we can arrange a contactless dropoff.

What We Can Ship

We are able to ship all our products to customers outside Auckland, to businesses & home addresses.

For customers in Auckland we are able to ship bike products and components for repair and maintenance as these are essential to keep bikes running for transport and physical health & wellbeing.  Delivery is to home addresses only, using contactless courier delivery.

Click & Collect

This option is available during checkout.  If you are local and collecting your order please call ahead so we can have it out ready for you to collect contactlessly.

Maintenance Time

Now is the perfect time to get your bike out for a pre-season check.  Make sure everything is turning and sliding smoothly.  Over here we have our tips for suspension service and knowing when it's time for service.  Check out our new Bearing Bounty if you are replacing your suspension bearings.

Final Note

Over this lockdown we will be taking all the usual measures and precautions.  Changes to how we operate and how our couriers handle your order mean that there are likely to be delays.

If you need to contact us, please do so by email.  We are answering the phones but are working at reduced capacity so may not always be able to answer.
