Purchase this product to book courier pickup & delivery of your fork, shock or dropper post to Shockcraft for service.  Excludes return freight.

STEP 2: Pack your parts & measure dimensions of parcel*
STEP 3: Enter your parcel details below, click Add to Cart
STEP 4: In checkout enter your pickup address as the shipping address & select shipping method as Carrier Kereru Pickup

You will be sent an email with a Post Haste courier ticket to print and attach to your parcel, along with a link to click to book pickup once your parcel is ready to go.  When the booking link is clicked you'll have the chance to enter delivery instructions.

IMPORTANT: pickup from a non-urban address is not available.  Check here to see if Post Haste classifies your address as non-urban.  You can either provide an alternative address in an urban area or enter a Post Haste depot/agent address as your address in checkout.  Please call your local Post Haste courier if you're not sure of their location.

ALEXANDRA & CLYDE CUSTOMERS: Dimensions/volume not required for pickup from Alexandra/Clyde addresses.  The NZ$5 charge covers both pickup and return of the suspension/dropper post.

*Dimensions of parcel must be accurate.  If dimensions are incorrect and the freight cost to Shockcraft is higher as a result, this extra cost will be charged to you when we invoice the service job.
