This calculator is frequency based and operates in a different way to every other spring calculator.  It has been configured to work well for most trail and Enduro bikes in the 140-160 mm travel range.  Bike geometry is based around a 65 degree head angle and rider in the attack position.

Note: we have recently changed our bike spring rate calculators so that the simple calculator only provides fork spring rate.  We now have two Advanced Bike Spring Rate Calculators - one for Rear Spring Only (lower price) and one for Front & Rear Spring Rates (higher price).
