Manitou

Manitou

Manitou pioneered mountain bike suspension, with the first-ever suspension fork introduced by Manitou in 1989.  Since then Manitou has pursued the "Science of Smooth" with decades of extensive R&D.  Manitou has always looked for the perfect balance of weight, durability and performance.  Testing at national and global levels has resulted in Manitou earning a reputation for having some of the most reliable suspension products on the market.

Manitou is distributed by Shockcraft in New Zealand because we know it produces the best and most reliable suspension in the business.  Manitou's suspension can be tuned better and more easily than that of any other brand.  It offers not only better out of the box performance but can be fully customised to suit almost any rider.

We have supply of both new and used parts for most Manitou forks and shocks from approx 2000 and can service virtually all Manitou forks and shocks regardless of age.
