RockShox Lyrik B1 2016-18

The B1 Lyrik used the 35 mm chassis of the previous A1-A2 versions but was the first with the Charger damper.  The RC model used the Charger 1 RC, the RCT3 used the RCT3 version with a softer tune and three HSC modes.  Boost and non-boost versions were available.  Wheel sizes were 27" and 29".  Air springs could be Solo-Air systems or Dual Position Air (DPA).  Lyrik Solo-Air has a 10 mm bigger negative air chamber than the Pike.  This was the first mention of Debonair but is not the same as the 2019 Debonair upgrade.

2018 saw the introduction of the Charger 2 damper (RC and RCT3) with reduced manufacturing complexity and softer valving.
