This kit replaces the Fox 5wt teflon oil in GRIP dampers and lower legs with Motorex 2.5 wt and Supergliss on the air-side. Motorex 2.5 wt oil is the same viscosity as Fox 5 wt but more slippery. FIT4 dampers use Supergliss in both sides of the lower legs. -

These flanged seals have the same fork compatibility as the flangeless option
Flangeless seals provide a tighter fit into the lower leg (to resist popping out with internal air leaks) which makes them more difficult to install than flanged seals
A seal press tool is not essential for installation of the flanged seals but it does make the job easier
