Ordering & Payment

Products can be ordered simply by adding items to the cart and following the checkout process.

Pricing, Tax & Currency

We have both a New Zealand and International Store (select using the dropdown at the top right of our site, or on mobile click on the at the top of your screen, then change from New Zealand to International using the dropdown).  All prices on the New Zealand store are in New Zealand dollars and include New Zealand GST.  Prices on the International Store can be viewed in the currency of your choice (select at top right of screen) and exclude GST.  Note that all orders charged to credit cards are charged in New Zealand dollars.  Currency exchange rates are updated on our site once per day from the European Central Bank.  Credit card companies may charge additional fees for currency conversion.  Credit card companies may charge additional fees for currency conversion.

Payment

For New Zealand customers payment is accepted via bank deposit, Visa or Mastercard.

For International customers payment is accepted via Visa or Mastercard.  Click here for information on international orders, including shipping costs.  We will happily ship orders to the far reaches of the planet, including Australia, Canada, UK, Europe, South America, Asia & the USA.

If you select bank deposit as your payment option, payment instructions are provided at the end of the checkout process and in your order confirmation email (you'll receive this soon after the order has been placed).

Order Process

Provided items are in stock, orders are shipped once payment has been received.  Cut-off for same day shipping is 3 pm.  You will be sent an email at each step of the order process to keep you updated and let you know when the items have been shipped.

Returns & Refund Policy

Standard items in as new condition with original packaging may be returned for refund of the original purchase price, excluding freight, within 2 weeks of invoice date.  Items returned after 2 weeks but less than 3 months from invoice date may only be returned at our discretion and only for a store credit of the purchase price minus a 20% re-stocking fee and freight.  Refunds/credits are not available for items returned more than 3 months from date of invoice, items specially ordered, custom manufactured or custom tuned parts.

To return an order please email us and send items back to us with a copy of your original packing slip or invoice.

Cancellation Policy

For standard items orders may be cancelled prior to shipment of product.  Orders for custom or tuned parts may only be cancelled at our discretion.

Items specially ordered for customers are unable to be cancelled & deposits are non-refundable unless the item is undeliverable.  Undeliverable means that the item cannot be delivered to the customer within 2 months after the orginal advised ETA.
