Ordering & Payment

Products can be ordered simply by adding items to the cart and following the checkout process.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars.

For New Zealand customers payment is accepted via bank deposit, Visa or Mastercard.

For International customers payment is accepted via Visa or Mastercard.  Note that international customers do not pay the 15% GST (New Zealand Goods & Services Tax) included in all product prices on this website.

If you select bank deposit as your payment option, payment instructions are provided at the end of the checkout process and in your order confirmation email (you'll receive this soon after the order has been placed).

Provided items are in stock, orders are shipped once payment has been received.  You will be sent an email at each step of the order process to keep you updated and let you know when the items have been shipped.

Returns & Refund Policy

Standard items in as new condition may be returned for credit of the original purchase price, excluding freight, within 2 weeks of invoice date.  Items returned after 2 weeks but less than 3 months from invoice date may be returned for a credit of the purchase price minus a 20% re-stocking fee and freight.  Items returned more than 3 months from date of invoice or custom manufactured parts cannot be returned for credit.

Cancellation Policy

For standard items orders may be cancelled prior to shipment of product.  Orders for custom parts can be cancelled any time up to manufacture.  To cancel an order please email us.
