All products sold or distributed by Shockcraft are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.  Any issues must be addressed with us as soon as the defect is found and within the manufacturer's warranty period for the product.  We will fulfil our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

All Monocrome bearings carry a special 6 month no questions asked replacement guarantee.  This means that even if the bearing is damaged during installation we will replace it free of charge within 6 months of purchase.  To receive replacement bearings, return the original bearings to us and we will get new bearings on the way to you.

We guarantee workmanship on our service of suspension and dropper posts for 6 months.  If you have any issues please contact us with your Job # and details of the issues.

All items for warranty must be returned to Shockcraft for assessment and remedy.

How to Apply for Warranty

You can apply for warranty cover on parts purchased from or serviced by Shockcraft or Biken by completing our Warranty Request Form.  This form can also be used for warranty of product from Manitou, X-Fusion, Hayes, SUNringlé and ProTaper, provided the product is still within the manufacturer warranty period.  You will be asked to login to complete the form.  If you haven't logged in before, you will need to create an account.

If you are sending us items for service or repair under warranty then you must complete our Warranty Request Form and/or notify us of your warranty request.  We will not retrospectively apply warranty credit for items booked in for service.
