Courier & Delivery Timeframes

NZ Couriers
Couriers within NZ are affected by the current Government restrictions for Covid-19 Omicron.  We are now largely using CourierPost for our domestic courier.

International Courier
We are currently sending International parcels either with NZ Post International or Fedex.
There are delays for international parcels.  Network status & delays for NZ Post are here.
We now have tracked services available for everywhere in the world and will be loading these into our website over the coming days.  Please contact us for further information.

Visitors to Workshop

Our workshop and office are currently closed to visitors but we are open for contactless:
•   Click & Collect of orders
•   Drop-off/Collection of Suspension/Dropper Posts

Any queries should be by phone first.

For a Click & Collect order the status of the order will change to Ready for Pickup once it is packed.  You can view the status of your order on our Customer Dashboard here (you will need to login).

Please keep your visit contactless, outside & more than 2 metres from Shockcraft/Biken staff.

Masks are optional when visiting as you will remain outside.
